Order Processing

All orders are processed and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Qikink.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Since each product is made to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand, product type, and availability.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Time & Delivery

Once your order is processed, shipping timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or logistical issues beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer free shipping on orders above Rs999.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.

If you do not receive tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.


Shipping Partners

All orders are shipped via reliable courier services partnered with Qikink, such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, etc., depending on your location.


Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address details, re-shipping charges may apply.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts due to your fault:

  • The package may be returned to the origin.
  • In such cases, we can re-ship the order, but additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with Qikink and the courier partner to resolve the issue.

Important Note

Since all products are made-to-order through Qikink:

  • Slight variations in color, print placement, or size may occur.
  • These variations are a natural part of the production process and do not qualify as defects.
