No Refunds, Only Replacement

At Merchverse, all products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.


Eligibility for Replacement

We only accept replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted
  • You received the wrong item or wrong size (different from your order)
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue

Non-Replaceable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Slight color or print variation (normal in print-on-demand)
  • Delivery delays caused by couriers

Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

  • We will provide a free replacement of the same product
  • No additional shipping charges will be applied

We do not offer returns for refund in most cases, only replacements.


Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
  • Replacement is not feasible
  • Order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • After that, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If the issue persists, contact us
