At Merchverse, all products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we follow a limited return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.
Eligibility for Replacement
We only accept replacements under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or misprinted
- You received the wrong item or wrong size (different from your order)
- The product has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos/videos of the issue
Non-Replaceable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Slight color or print variation (normal in print-on-demand)
- Delivery delays caused by couriers
Replacement Policy
If your request is approved:
- We will provide a free replacement of the same product
- No additional shipping charges will be applied
We do not offer returns for refund in most cases, only replacements.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- Replacement is not feasible
- Order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- After that, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us
